CSTAR: Effective methods of oyster restoration

Recent freshwater discharges have caused a decline in the population of the eastern oyster in the Indian River Lagoon. Many aspects need to be considered when trying to restore oyster reefs. Using high profile reefs consisting of oyster shell and larval seeding resulted in an increase in oyster spat settlement.
