Smithsonian Marine Science Lecture Series is sponsored by the Centers for Ocean Science Education Excellence (COSEE) Florida. Lectures take place at the St Lucie County Aquarium (420 Seaway Drive) and are FREE with paid aquarium admission ($4 adults, $3 seniors).
A different marine science expert will be featured every two weeks and will highlight current topics in marine science. Arrive early to enjoy coffee and light refreshments before the lecture! Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and the lecture will begin at 9:00 a.m. Advance registration is required as space is limited.

2017 Marine Science in the Morning Lecture Series at the St. Lucie Aquarium
Adults and seniors are invited to enjoy a series of six lectures presented by local researchers and experts in marine science. This Wednesday morning lecture series is hosted at the St. Lucie County Aquarium, featuring the Smithsonian Marine Ecosystems Exhibit on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce and is sponsored by the Florida Center for Ocean Sciences Education Excellence (COSEE). The bi-weekly series will focus on current topics in marine science.
